As you may be aware there has been ongoing strikes throughout the UK over the last week, and unfortunately this has caused delays to some of our pre order items as they have fallen foul to the strike at the Port of Felixstowe.
This is the main port in the UK where all of our (and many other businesses) manufactured products arrive into.
Due to the strike we envisage that all pre orders will now be despatched no later than the 16th September.
Of course we are doing everything in our power to try and get stock available as soon as physically possible.
As a small business, pre-ordering with us really makes a huge difference in the viability of our business in the current climate, and allows us to keep delivering top quality products to our customers.
We know it's not the best news, but we hope you appreciate the transparency and understand that these things are out of our control
