Shipping policy
At Outshine Gaming our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
We despatch orders on weekdays Mon-Fri, with a cut off time for same day despatch of 2pm GMT/BST. If your order is placed over the weekend then it will be sent on the following Monday. For any orders placed over a public holiday, these will also be despatched the next available business day.
All days referenced are business/working days.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
United Kingdom
The price you pay is final. We hold stock in the UK, so no duties or tariff charges are applicable.
Europe & International
All prices shown on our website to countries outside of the United Kingdom are shown as DDU (delivered duties unpaid).
This means that you will be responsible for any Local Import Taxes/VAT & any applicable duties. Typically these are charged at around 20-25% of the value of the order. See your local governments website to get exact information.
To help offset this cost we have taken the business decision to offer FREE ECONOMY DELIVERY to most European Countries.
Alternatively we can arrange to pay these costs on your behalf, but this will incur a charge. Please email us to arrange this.
Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties, taxes, or any other reason, the buyer takes full responsibility for all the costs involved in the process, and we will look to recover and deduct these costs from your refund.
LATE DELIVERIES
We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by couriers, and we offer no guarantee as to the timescales as shown above. They are shown on our website as a guide, and most of the time will be delivered within those timescales. We cannot offer any refund of any sort if these timescales are not met, as our couriers do not reimburse us for any deliveries which are late.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Any damage, missing parts, or defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and a description of the issue. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit or void any claim for replacement, repair, or refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs required to re-send the order.
Alternatively, a refund may be issued minus the original outbound shipping cost, and any associated costs we have incurred as a result of the return.
GENERAL INFORMATION
If you see the following message at checkout "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address" please contact us so that we can arrange a bespoke quotation for delivery.
Once we have despatched your order, we will send you tracking details with our preferred courier for your order.
Please be aware that we cannot make any guarantee as to the timeframe in which we deliver your order. This is out of our control somewhat, and lies within the capability of the courier.
Depending on the size/weight, your selected shipping method & also location we may use one or more of our courier partners to fulfil your order.
